The petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "For direction to the respondents to remove the non-teaching staff, i.e. private respondent nos. 8 to 13 who were illegally and fraudulently adjusted in Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna on non-sanctioned posts, without following the selection process working on contract basis while proper appointments were done by selection Committee following recruitment process on said posts along with other posts by the University and for further directions to stop their salaries and also initiate steps for recovery of salaries paid to them which is misuse of Govt. fund and as they do not possess equivalent qualification for the post on which they were discharging duties and as
