2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376(3)/354(c)/313/33/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act as well as Sections 3(i)(r)/3(i)(s)/3(i)(w)/3(2) (v) of the SC/ST Act.

3. The brother of the petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim and made her pregnant, thereafter, the petitioner and his family members forcibly administered some medicine to the victim and stillborn foetus came out which was disposed of. Foetus has been recovered.

4. There is direct allegation against the petitioner of committing this heinous crime.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
