JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the State and the counsel appearing on behalf of Sanskrit Shiksha Board. The grievance of the petitioners is non-disposal of the representation contained in Annexure-10 dated 2.1.2015 and its reminder contained in Annexure 11-12 with regard to approval of service as Assistant Teacher.

Without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Sanskrit

Patna High Court CWJC No.18830 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 Shiksha Board to take final decision in the matter of approval of the service of the petitioner in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the claim of the petitioners.
