2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 326 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 317(5), 316(2), 318(4), 323, 318(3), 319(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 Arms Act and Section 13 of FEMA Act.
3. The allegation is of recovery of a loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is next

No.8580 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons who were involved in doubling of Nepali Currency namely, Neela Nupane, Suman Kumar and Md. Sattar have been granted bail vide order dated 18.02.2025, 18.02.2025 and 03.03.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 87566 of 2024, Criminal Miscellaneous No. 87472 of 2024 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6677 of 2025 respectively. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2024 having no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi or Concerned Court in Mejorganj P.S.
