The petitioner is an accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 564 of 2013 for the offence registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43386 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no cogent material against the petitioner either in the case diary or on record. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.10.2013.
