Counsel for the petitioner submits that in similarly circumstance, this Court has passed final order on 09.03.2018 in C.W.J.C. No.2383 of 2018, he submitted that this writ application may be disposed of in the same terms. In order to maintain consistency and uniformity, the Court is required to pass similar order in the present writ application also. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.2383 of 2018 dated 09.03.2018.
