The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Uchkagoan P.S.Case No.263 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 364, 364A and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court on 21st July, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No.23369 of 2014. I find no reason to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. At this stage, it has been pointed out that till date the matter is pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. If that be so, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.183 of 2015 (3) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 court of sessions for trial forthwith.
