This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahindwara P.S. Case No.197 of 2022 for the offence punishable under sections 363 & 366 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The victim has eloped with one Ravi Kumar.

The petitioner is said to have helped the main accused. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
