Petitioner is said to have established physical relation with informant on false promise of marriage and subsequently, when the petitioner got job in Police Department, he refused to marry with the informant.
The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant has brought this false case against the petitioner with intent to pressurize him so that, the petitioner could marry with her and as a matter of fact, no such occurrence, as propounded in the first information report, did ever take place.
