1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 131 / 2024 dated 12.09.2024 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the first information report the police intercepted a motorcycle on which three boys were riding and two of them fled away however one motorcyclist was apprehended and upon search police recovered one loaded country made katta. The apprehended accused person disclosed the name of the petitioner and other co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is 19 years old and on the request of his friend he was going with motorcycle and was not aware about the fire arm kept by the co-accused / Siddhivinayak Kumar who was driving the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7603 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 motorcycle. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is not the owner of the motorcycle also.

5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is aged about 19 years, accordingly , I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi / competent jurisdiction in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 131 / 2024 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U T
