The petitioner is accused in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2014 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that Ramesh Kumar, son of this petitioner, snatched the infant child from the lap of the sister of informant and thrown upon the floor, who died in course of treatment. It is further submitted that there is no specific overt act has been attributed against this petitioner to cause injury to the baby of the sister of the informant. It is further submitted that

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S.
