The petitioner is accused in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2014 registered under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Jamui. The allegation of informant is that his motorcycle and other belongings were looted by four persons but, on chase, the petitioner and Narendra Mishra @ Naro Mishra @ Nato Mishra, were apprehended. From possession of the petitioner, the looted motorcycle, mobile etc. were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27021 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 while petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2015 but in course of trial, the informant did not identify the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
