The petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 14/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that informant received call on his mobile phone from two mobile phones i.e. 7050496857 and 7372071988 and he got messages from one other mobile phone for demand of ransom as mentioned in the written report. It is further alleged that the person, on query, who was calling told his name as petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that two of the mobile phones, i.e. 7050496857 and 7372071988 are registered in the name of Chum Chum Devi and Devrani Devi.

No.8422 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 From the impugned order it appears that only on the basis of tower location of the mobile, petitioner has been made accused in this case. It is mentioned in the impugned order that petitioner was in custody at the relevant time when call was made.
Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 14/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
