2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 406, 420, 304 and 34 of IPC . 3 . As per F.I.R. petitioner is proprietor of the clinic wherein due to negligence and inappropriate treatment, sister of the informant died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made accused in this case only because he appens to be proprietor of the clinic in question . As per F.I.R. it was doctor of the clinic who conducted operation and this petitioner has played no role in the treatment of deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2025 .

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody , let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional session Judge III , Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 758 of 2019.
