Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the application. Salimpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 disclosing offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 instituted on the basis of Complaint Case No. 157(c)/14 implicates the petitioner and accordingly the petitioner seeks bail.

Referring to the contents of the complaint petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that primarily there was a civil dispute between the parties which is the reason behind institution

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47009 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 P2/2 of the criminal case.

In view of the submission, let the petitioner Dilip Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Salimpur P.S.
