In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354-B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Allegation has been made that the daughter of the informant was caught and F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of five days and so much so that the petitioner has been made an accused on the rivalry with Janardan Pandey and Ravindra Pandey. Janardan Pandey and the informant and family members are working as maid servant. The petitioner is in jail since 12.5.2015.
Looking into the facts and circumstances, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48000 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 petitioner, Ravindra Pandey, be released on bail on or after 14th December, 2015 on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, cum Special Judge, Madhubani in Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No.68 of 2015, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner (ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in similar type of case the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of his bail and the court below will pass necessary order including cancellation of bail and (iii) petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
