The petitioner while claiming appointment on the post of Chaukidar on the basis of nomination of his father, questions the order dated 15.7.2016 of the District Magistrate, Jehanabad impugned at Annexure-1 which rejects the claim, inter alia, in reference to certain circulars of the department. Be that as it may, considering that the petitioner seeks to enforce a nomination given 14 years back the reason whatsoever be present in the order impugned at Annexure-1, this Court is not persuaded to exercise discretion after such long lapse of time. The writ petition is dismissed.
