The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58030 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 11.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58030 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45014 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
