2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Areraj P.S. Case No. 218 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 22(b), 20(b)(ii)(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 10 kg of ganja was recovered from the trolley bag of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. Considering the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8054 of 2026(3) dt.30-03-2026 2/2 recovery of a huge quantity of ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
