2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have killed the deceased.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail since 23.9.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2023.
