1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 dated 23.03.2019 registered for the offence under Section 304B, 201 & 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed 2nd anticipatory bail application inasmuch as earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52201 of 2019.

4. In my view, there is no ground for consideration of 2nd
