The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No.101 of 2015 registered under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act (for short "the Act"). It is contended that merely on suspicion an FIR under section 7 of the Act has been instituted against the petitioner. There is no complaint from any consumer that the petitioner had indulged in black marketing of gas cylinder. It is further contended that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has got roots in the society. In case privilege of anticipatory bail is granted to him, he is not likely to abscond or tamper with the evidence. Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event

No.50642 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No.101 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
