====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard Mr. Binod Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Matihani P. S. Case No. 128 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant has alleged that he was shot at from behind by the accused persons including the petitioners. Nobody has received any injury, much less any gun shot injury. No motive or reason has been assigned in the F.I.R. of the accused persons including the petitioners to open fire at

One of the accused persons of this case namely Golu has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P. S. Case No. 128 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.

The application stands allowed.
