JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 370, 370A, 372 and 373 of IPC, sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act and section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. Allegation against the petitioner is to have enticed away a minor informant and handed over to co-accused Satyendra Singh @ Sipahi Jee who kept the informant and got the informant/victim served at different places for immoral activities. It is submitted that the petitioner Sona Khatoon is the wife of Hadish Ansari, whereas the allegation is against Guriya Khatoon, wife of Pappu Ansari. However, after investigation

It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in similar facts and circumstances, coaccused Lalbibi Khatoon @ Noorjahan Khatoon has been granted bail vide Annexure-4.

Learned counsel for the State submits that it is the petitioner who has indulged the victim in flesh trade. Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Bagaha, District- West Champaran/court concerned in S. Trial No. 608 of 2014 arising out of Bagaha (Patkhauli) P. S. Case No. 571 of 2013 after framing of charge with following conditions:-

1. The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any other offence.

2. One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive
