It appears from the counter affidavit that the petitioner is an accused in Beur P.S. Case No. 194/2016. It is his grievance that he had made a complaint with respondent no. 4 and a copy thereof was forwarded to respondent no. 6, but no F.I.R. was lodged on that basis. The petition is completely silent as to whether the petitioner has thereafter followed the procedures required under law

In the above circumstances, this writ application cannot proceed. It is dismissed accordingly.
