The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 227 of 2015 registered under Sections 328, 302 and 120(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Pinki Devi the petitioner no. 1 had illicit relation with the husband of the victim by which the victim protested. Thereafter, accused petitioners used to assault and abused the victim and under conspiracy committed murder after administering her poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and so allegation against these

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 227 of 2015.
