The Court gave him the opportunity to verify the answer sheets, which have been produced by the learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board (in short 'the BSEB'). He does not dispute that the said answer sheets, contain his handwritings and the answers given by him in the said answer sheets, are his.

2. Upon scrutiny, already done by the BSEB, no change has been found.

3. Reference may be made to the order of this Court, dated 22.12.2017.

4. No relief, as sought in the present application, can be granted.

5. The application stands dismissed.

6. The amount of Rs. 40,000/-, deposited by the petitioner, stands forfeited.
