JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail and in case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the bail petition of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of on the very same day.
