Petitioners are accused in a case under Section 489(A), (B), (C), (E) and other allied Sections of the Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act. They are in jail custody from the date of occurrence. In the circumstances, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Their prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46693 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 bail is, accordingly, rejected with liberty to renew after one year in jail custody.
