The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2014 registered under Sections 414, 420, 467 & 468 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42233 of 2014 with following observations:- "In case, there is no substantial progress in the trial, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months".

It is contended that though the petitioner is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50303 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2 / 2 custody since 23.04.2014, till date, even charge have not been framed.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S.
