1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 24539 of 2025, which stood dismissed on 21.11.2025 due to non-prosecution.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in the petitioner, this restoration application is allowed, subject to condition that petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) in the Office of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna.

4. Accordingly, let Cr. Misc. No. 24539 of 2025 be restored to its original file.
