ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since14.6.2014 in Basnahi P.S. Case No.50 of 2014 for the offence under Section 304(B),201, 34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is mother-in-law of the deceased lady who is said to have been killed by the family members of her Sasural. It is further submitted that since the husband of the petitioner is living outside she is having no concern and there is no specific allegation against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.6.2014, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
