The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authority for granting compensation to the petitioner along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum on account of death of of the wife of the petitioner due to thunder storm.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to take recourse under the provisions of Bihar Right
Patna High Court CWJC No.9494 of 2018(2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with above mentioned liberty to the petitioner. The withdrawal of the present writ application will not preclude Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Nalanda, to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner.
