The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 354, 427, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted the sister-in-law (Bhabhi) of informant with farsa causing injury on her head.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury. It is further submitted that mother of petitioner was brutally assaulted by the informant and his family, for which, Khanpur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2022 was lodged against informant and others. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
