2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Sections 379/411/34 of the Penal Code. He was apprehended with the truck found coming out from the N.T.P.C. campus loaded with stolen materials.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was engaged as labourer to load the truck and was not aware whether materials were being stolen or transported at the instance of the management. It is further submitted that antecedent of the petitioner is absolutely clean and he is in jail custody with effect from 21.04.2014.
4. Be that as it may, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46224 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 51/14, provided his antecedent is absolutely clean.
