This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the first information report of Tarari P.S. Case No.80 of 2016 dated 22.12.2016 registered under Sections 188, 353, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the present writ petition. Leave is granted.
