The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case no. 117 of 2018, registered under Sections 419, 420, 109, 188, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) of the Arms Act. The accusation is that informant being the Officerin-Charge of Imamganj Police Station received secret information about pasting of poster of extremists for closure of the market on 28/29-08.2018. Thereafter, informant along with other Police personnel reached there and seized three poster from different shops in which name of Ranjan Master, sand contractor Ravi Sandil, Pankaj Singh, Parsiya Pappu Kha, Indal Paswan, Rahul Paswan, Sagar Paswan and Area Commander

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8463 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Sandeepjee were printed. From C.C. TV footage, one person was identified and he was apprehended, who disclosed his name as Gautan Kumar and also disclosed the name of petitioner saying that he was indulged in pasting the poster. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner was not identified in C.C.TV footage, rather, his name has been disclosed by Gautam Kumar, who is said to be identified through footage of C.C. TV. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
