JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 9864 of 2019, arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 505 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 100 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated, having no criminal antecedent and the house belongs to one Shila Devi and he is in custody for about three months and charge has already been framed in this case.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7198 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 9864 of 2019, arising out of Patliputra P.S.
