Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Durgawati P. S. Case No. 87 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner is named in the confessional statement of the accused from which recovery has been made. Considering the aforesaid fact, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
