2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regards to the fact that the petitioner has already made representation to the District Magistrate/Respondent No.2, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders for making the payments due to the petitioner, if any.
3. In case, the authorities come to the conclusion that the dues amounts due to the petitioner are genuine, necessary steps shall be taken to pay the same. However, in case, the authorities are of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled
Patna High Court CWJC No.2805 of 2024(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 for any payment they shall pass necessary orders giving the reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
