This writ application has been filed for making payment of retiral benefits, such as provident fund amount deducted from the salary of the husband of the petitioner, family pension and other consequential retiral benefits.
Patna High Court CWJC No.15990 of 2017(3) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the respondent nos.8 & 9 submits that the Regional Provident Fund Directorate is not the necessary party and the payment is to be made by the Nagar Parishad, Buxar. He also submits that this writ application may be disposed of in terms of the order/direction passed in C.W.J.C. No.16548 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection. With consent of the parties, this writ application is disposed of in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.16548 of 2017 with a direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Buxar to pay all the admitted retiral dues of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Buxar would be solely responsible for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated time, as aforesaid. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U
