JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset fairly submits that petitioners were given the benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C.

The learned A.P.P. submits that since the petitioners had the benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C., then in that event, the law is clear.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8522 of 2022(2) dt.02-09-2022 2/2 Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in the event, if the petitioners surrender on or before 22.09.2022, the learned trial Court shall dispose of their bail application on the same day keeping in mind that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and they have not misused the privilege of police bail.
