JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard Sri Mrigank Mauli, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Tapeshwar Sharma, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Forbesganj ( Simraha) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 147/148/149/341/342/323/325/337/338/307/353/504/120-B/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 9.8.2015. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
