Mr. S. S. Sundram Mr. Shashank Shekhar Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 The petitioner is aggrieved because the respondents are not taking any decision to upgrade the Lalit Narayan Smarak Prathmik Sah Uchcha Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Murali in the district of Supaul to High School from the middle School. The Court cannot issue direction the respondents to upgrade the School which is purely executive function. My attention has, however, been drawn to a representation dated 17.08.2015 filed by one Deji Devi, who
Patna High Court CWJC No.10146 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 claims to be the Secretary of the Managing Committee of the said School.
The Court expects that a decision shall be taken by the respondent on the petitioner's representation for upgradation, if the same is pending and has not been disposed of, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
This disposes of the application.
