Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to consider her case for promotion to the post of Class-III post from Class-IV Post with effect from due date and to grant all consequential monetary benefit".

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 05-12-2017 passed in CWJC No. 17793 of 2016.

The District Education Officer, Jehanabad (respondent No. 3) is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light

Patna High Court CWJC No.10103 of 2018 (2) dt.20-08-2018 of the order referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
