JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-08-2019 In view of the stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit particularly in paragraph-7 which is quoted below, the Court does not find any merit in the writ application, it is dismissed accordingly.
