2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 34 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleges that the accused persons on pretext of getting him agency of a company cheated him of Rs. 10,16,000/-, further Md. Farhat Bashir issued cheque, but the same bounced on presentation for encashment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would

Petitioner is not involved in the aforesaid occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated coaccused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 30536 of 2023 . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned sub divisional Judicial Magistrate Patna City in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 489 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
