JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. It has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 11.08.2015 and the notice was issued upon the opposite party no. 2.
From the office note, it appears that the opposite party no. 2 has already entered his appearance through the Vakalatnama and the matter was taken up in the first half but as no appeared on behalf of the opposite party no.2, the same was placed for second half. Still, no one appears on behalf of opposite party no.2.

No.35515 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no chance of reconciliation between the parties and the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 1,000/- per month in the learned court below which shall be released in favour of the opposite party no. 2. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 1,000/- per month in the learned court below which shall be released in favour of the opposite party no. 2.
The bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.08.2015, is hereby, confirmed.
