This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bihta P.S. Case No.983 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 337, 338, 340(2), 111, 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and under section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has been caught with three rifles and 102 cartridges. He is in custody since 23.10.2024. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
