The petitioner is in custody since 14.8.2014 in a case under section 393 of the IPC on the allegation that he tried to snatch the bag from informant's hand and in process he was apprehended. One case under section 379 IPC is also pending against him from earlier.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner as mentioned above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in Jalalpur Police station Case No. 106 of 2014. The petitioner will not be physically absent for two consecutive dates at a stretch till charge is framed. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi.
